Bill is a volunteer with the Arizona Rangers. The Arizona Rangers assist any State, Local, Federal or Tribal law enforcement agency in the State of Arizona. Over the past few years, various agencies have relied on the Rangers to assist with duties with ever increasing responsibilities.
While the Rangers do some training with the agencies they work with, it is not enough. Because they are all volunteers, the Ranger’s are responsible for their own training. As the intensity and responsibility of the duties increased, Bill sought out additional tactical and medical training.
He and another Ranger signed up for Talon’s Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course. It is our most intensive class, with two full days of realistic training they will never forget. That was three years ago and Bill has been with us ever since. In fact, several of our Talon instructors now volunteer with the Arizona Rangers. It has evolved into a mutually beneficial relationship.
“My first encounter with Talon Tactical Medicine (TTM) was going through the TCCC /TECC course. This two day intensive training was the single best professional development training I have ever experienced. Since that day, I have volunteered to help TTM with their marketing and business development needs. I have been involved with virtually every training session since then. I continue to learn from them almost every day. There have been multiple situations when this knowledge has helped me as an Arizona Ranger. It keeps me safe, and it has kept the officers I work with safe too.”
